Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any stains
- With all original tags attached
How to Initiate a Return: Email us at refunds@sugarpetals.boutique with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Sugar Petals is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue store credit within 5-7 business days. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
Final Sale Items: All sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges: We'd love to help you find the perfect fit! Email us at refunds@sugarpetals.boutique to request an exchange, subject to availability.
