Sugar Petals Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. Orders under $75 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Standard Shipping Typically takes 3–5 business days after processing, for an estimated 5–7 business days from order date to delivery.

Expedited Shipping Expedited shipping is not currently available. We're working to expand our shipping options in the future.

Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
